“Issues,” by Julia Michaels

Written by Julia MichaelsBenny Blanco, Mikkel Storleer Eriksen, Tor Erik Hermansen, and Justin Drew Tranter. Michaels is a professional songwriter that has collabed and written songs for the biggest names in the music biz such as Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Fifth Harmony, Gwen Stefani and much more talented artists. But laying her own vocals down on her original song “Issues” officially made her a performing artist. The “Issues” track was written by Michaels about a argument she had with her boyfriend that she felt was too personal for anyone else to sing, so she decided it was time for her to be the vocalist on this grammy nominated song.
