As you know, Bye Bye Birdie is returning to Broadway in New York with previews starting on September 10, 2009 at the Henry Miller Theater! The talented John Stamos (Full House, ER, the Beach Boys), Nolan Funk, and Gina Gershon are some of the names highlighting the marquee at the Henry Miller Theater in NYC. As part of the promotional festivities for the famed musical, Bank of America teamed up with the theater to offer lucky fans $10 tickets for the September 10, 2009 show. Tickets mind you to Broadway plays are typically $90 and higher. So you can imagine the excitement for this event. The B3 team (Bye Bye Birdie = B3, www.twitter.com/b3onbroadway ) reported the first person on line for the $10 tickets arrived shortly after midnight last night. The box office opened approximately at noon today near Times Square at the Henry Miller Theater. Feeling the Vibe wasn’t able to attend the event but here is some of what happened…
