Adam Levine and the boys from Maroon 5 brought down the house last night on The Voice with their first performance of their newest single, “Love Somebody.” The track is the fourth single to be released from what seems like a never-ending line of wildly popular hits from their current chart-topping album, “Overexposed.”
Watch Adam Levine and Maroon 5 Sing “Love Somebody”
The band delivered a high-energy, crowd-pleasing performance, but then again, don’t they always? Even fellow Voice judges Blake Shelton, Usher and Shakira couldn’t help but bop along to the catchy beat of the song. The highlight, of course, was Adam’s flawless vocals. He nailed every note effortlessly, proving once again that his talent is truly natural. This man can sing live.
Another highlight was definitely the exceedingly creative set design. The swirling bright blue backdrop that resembled not only rain, but also paint, poured across the stage, engulfing the band who were all dressed in pure white. This all-around entertaining spectacle of a performance is enough to make you fall in love with Adam Levine or Maroon 5 if you haven’t yet already.
